Description
So originally Pikachu was gonna evolve from Raichu to Gorochu according to an interview with the original creator of Pikachu. But in the end they decided to scrap Gorochu and just stop with Raichu, and then have Pichu as the baby evolution. One reason was that it may have been too overpowered in Gen 1, but I'm not so sure about that. It's also a shame that this guy didn't get his chance because it's a mix of cuteness and toughness.Pokemon belongs to Nintendo and Game Freak
