I absolutely love this photo, it really draws you in.
Her soft and serene expression is an interesting contrast to the flares in the background. She seems very indifferent to the lights, it makes you wonder what she is staring at so intently. Great focus on her with the flares blurred but still very present.
Normally I would have a problem with the weird lighting on her face, but in this case it seems to make her more a part of the scene.
The colors are perfect. Again, a very interesting contrast between soft and vibrant.
The only real problem I have with the photo is the strange shadow on her chest, but I have a feeling that couldn't be avoided and it really doesn't distract from the photo.
Overall, fantastic image. I just can't look away!

character is focused nicely and lighting effect which we can see on here face is outstanding
And lighting direction is being seen on her face + a beautiful grandaunt shadow effect created by light is just great.
A background also give nice look even thou it is defocus.
