-This is a screenshot scene from the game FusionFall, this happen when I was perfoming a mission of Gnereator Rex, in which I have to reach some Slime Toads in the underground, they literally make me die once for being coarnered, and yes... even if you are in a corridor, they can somehow, appear almost next to you in that area
