I am thinking about it drawing Kefla Ssj4. I believe Ssj3 Kefla would be right there with mastered ultra instinct or Ssj4 Goku.

Not much a fan of the new transformation's like SSJGOD SSJ Blue and Ultra instinct but that doesn't mean i can't do it. I will think about it. ^^

Yep ^^ Kafla Ssj3 power should be close to Goku mastered ultra instinct or Goku Ssj4 at the end of GT but not sure.
