There's plenty of room for improvement. there is a small error in the way you've drawn the eye itself. Look up a few tutorials on shading eyes, plenty of them on deviant art itself! They'll help

It´s no finished yet but also really thanks for the coments a the suggestion I really like to know the opinion from toher people to improve my drawings and I will look for some tutorials ^^

This is pretty good, but I think the eyes still looks a little flat, could use more shading below the eyes
