I've really been enjoying adding to the story of these original characters in my head:

Of course they needed a villain sooner or later, and I decided they're set up against a shadow lurker, a genuine boogeyman the people of Undertown refer to as "Old Mr Tomnoddy" when frightening their own children. Unfortunately, he's quite real.
