When were talking about Anime, were talking about cast types that are popular in manga and Anime. Toby is the "pretty boy" cast type. Through my eyes, I think most of the male chares in manga and anime look like girls. In fact to me, its hard to tell the two apart unless they speak and you hear their voices. Here Toby looks totally chick like. I really, really LOVE how he came out in this.
