clicked on the photo of the pattern, printed in paint shop pro and the grid lines did not print out. is it supposed to be like that? b/c if the grid lines aren't supposed to show up then it printed fine.
i'm not being a smartass, it's just that i've printed out a bunch of blackwork patterns from various sites and the grid lines don't print out on those patterns either.
maybe there's something wrong with my printer and the grid lines are supposed to be printing on all of the patterns and just aren't?

No it isn't suppose to be like that!! You should see squares...you see them before you print!
I'm totally at a blank!! I guess because it has never happened to me. Have you done a printer test lately to see if your printer is all positioned right?? It should do that when you reload new ink tho. hmmmmmm.... I wish I could be more help!!
But I would check the printer-- I don't think its the computer or your programs!!

Really???
I don't think anyone else has had any problems!!
Have you tried using paint to open the file?? It was where I created the image.
I could make it a bit bigger for you and send it by email.
Just let me know if you still have problems

Ah, thank you so much! ^^ I just printed it up and am going to try stitching it right away! I found a nice clean chunk of fabric and have my boxes of thread out to get going on it. I just read the other replies you left, too, and thanks very much for the links! (I won't skip replying directly by any means, but I am sloooow today.)
Also, best of luck on your book/CD! Your patterns are really nice, and I bet it would go over very well. Whenever I look at cross stitching books, it seems to be the same things over and over, so to see something like this on a shelf would be interesting and cool.

Oh, it's okay! It's exciting to log in and see a bunch of messages, and they all said different things, so it wasn't as if they were without substance. ^^
