you need to buy the program first, here->[link]
then extract the toolbar theme in the subfolders of the TB folder, located in the installation path of Styler,
there are a couple example comming with the program.

Looks great.. watch out.. when I downloaded this file my virus protection kicked in and told me there was adaware on my computer. I'm not sure if this is just my computer. But if anyone else has this, than it could be that there is a risk in downloading this file. This skin looks amazing however and I don't want my statement to detract from that.

I cant use neither stylexp nor Y'z toolbar
I really want to use this toolbar..looks so cool

this toolbar is Styler toolbar and you need to buy it or use the trial for a month or so.

Very nice. There are a lot of vista based themes and toolbars. Yours, so far, is one of the better implementations. Very nice and even the edges of buttons and highlight areas (portions often missed by others) are done to completion. I will be looking forward to any future work you do.

I used a little very buggy programme called IPhile or iconophile that let's you change a lot of system icons, not all but enough for my taste...
