Oh man, she looks like Makoto from SF3. In one of her color schemes she has a red ribbon. And hair's almost the same. And face looks similar.

Great work Dcwj, You never fail to entertain with any of your pieces, I love how this piece i think shows her naughty side/ innocence with the little lolly in her mouth and her skull panties, Its a great and sexy image.
