西(west)神(god)苑(garden)nishi shin en ~It was built in 28th year of meiji age (the same year of building Hiean-shrine). There is Byakko-pond, the center of the garden andn Deshima is west side of the pond, water-fall is North, Tyousintei is west-south... (...)basically the info about the place.
