Description
Yay, first pic from Tokyo. Was raining at the time - hence dampness.This was taken at the big junction outside Ikebukuro station. Kind of like Picadilly Circus back in London.
I resized it a little smaller than I normally do as I also sent it by email to my friends, and I'm too lazy to redo it ever so slightly bigger

It'd be cool if you aimed a little higher so you could finish the signs and get some contrast between bustling city / empty sky

with that much light from the neon the sky would just be a black nothingness
the glow is nice - only really get it if it's misty or wet
