Third Soul Eater character done! Black Star's partner Tsubaki! XD To me she is also a nicely designed character, plus she's cute, and sort of reminds me of Ibuki from the Street Fighter series, she was also fun to draw! Ah, visually from the artwork here I can definitely see the resemblance to Ibuki, though she definitely has her own flare. And based on your description of the character, you've really got her looking serious from her expression, nicely done!
