Name: Cecilia Sturgis

Formerly a pro wrestler. Currently owns and operates an art club that provides a creative (and educational) outlet for five to seventeen year olds. She is also one of the five Executives, serving as their chief international representative.

She is the adopted mother of Stray and Diana, and decided to take the two as her own when she discovered that they regularly involve themselves with the local crime scene. Diana was adopted first while she was nine; Stray was adopted second, just before his eighteenth birthday. Due to the fact that Cecilia lost her only biological son in the crossfire of a shootout, she is very protective of her children and loves them more than life itself and she is eternally grateful that they both reciprocate that love.



I've been holding onto this commission from for quite some time. I just didn't know what to write here, ya know. But, it was somewhat important that I present her to all of you because I've been waiting on a character's redesign that will be done soon (at the time of writing). As of now, the two characters are connected but they were not previously.

Also, I am in the process of coming up with the design for her wrestling attire.



Fun Facts:
The quintessential mama bear type of mother.
Has broken the spine of someone who attempted to harm a fourteen year old Diana.
Does not lose a minute of sleep about the above point
Can do anything from putting a bandaid on a small cut to treating severe stab wounds.
Loves to give out hugs
Very excitable and has troubles controlling her volume at times
