Lara Monroe, 23 escaped from a Pennsylvania mental institution last week during a hospital visit, assisted by her boyfriend. Monroe has racked up a litany of gun related offences since she was 15. Although she has yet to be found guilty of murder, she has shot and injured 9 people in separate incidents.
