the guy was just walking down the street without a shirt on. i dunno if it was his car or not but he came from the other side (far down) of the neighboorhood to get into the car for a referee type shirt. interesting man, (not only parking at the beginning of the neighboorhood) but walking a long ways without a shirt on to get oneso much for closets these days.
