Description Okay so I'm pleased with this... and not... if that makes sense.
I've put the original in scraps so you can see how I've had to try and lose the background. Unfortunately I've lost the wild look to his mane in doing so. If anyone can tell me how to edit this succesfully then please do.
I've taken quite a few of the wild ponies of the New Forest and would like to edit them like this.
I'm quite pleased for a 1st attempt but I do need help.

I didn't want to clone in I could help it, just find a way I could keep all the fine bits of his mane and coat in. I'll get there in the end but it's the frustration along the way.

Blimey Andy I didn't realize you had your own web site. Now that's something I really should get round to doing and trying to sell my stuff but I'm no good at starting things. Do you print the cards yourself? I'm going to be nosy and ask for advice here. So any tips please send me a note

Hi Deb yes i print myself and the site is really just for local people so they can see what i do bit like an on-line album i need to put more work on there but poor health has been getting in the way, my tip would be use what you have around your for subjects for your cards, anything local then target shops in around small villages

Thanks Deb i put some more pics on it today i try to keep updating it. You are spoilt for choice on what medium you want to use for cards its down to what you like i guess

Hiya Deb - I sent you something by e-mail - you could do it by using a layer - I would paint the layer black and then erase all the bits to let the fuzziness show - it is a bit of a time consuming exercise using a tiny eraser but worth it to get the fuzzy look back.

But I do love this photo - it is gorgeous - so very well done with it - your day out was very productive love xx

Cheers for that Luv. I'll have to give that a go. I need to learn how to layer with this updated version of Corel as it doesn't let me do it how I used to in the old one. Thanks for the as well x
