I saw the thumb and figured 'cool concept, but probably poorly executed'. I'm more then happy to say I was quite wrong! Wonderfully done! Beautiful photo, I must say.

Disgraceful, yes I had used that crop before, it also sets more of the weird blue sky colour into the shot. If I'd put more thought into it, I probably would have put the cropped version up

lovely colours, composition and, of course, timing. have you considered this as a square image, with the chimneys to the left cropped out? it takes the london eye out of the exact centre of the frame and makes for a more dynamic shot. just a thought...
