Description
Thanks to everyone who volunteered their OC to me! It was hard choosing, but I ended up with these four. I wanted to use trolls from different castes, and also use one kid for Mutant purposes.
From left to right, the OC and their owners are:

I think they look pretty good all things considered!

TRAITS

General traits, consistent with every changeling:

Pastel Blood Color - Much like trolls, the Changelings are divided into different “castes” based on their blood color. Saturated blood is reserved for mutants only.
*Horns - Follows the color of the Changeling’s blood. Every Changeling has the same type of horn.
*Pupil - Follows the color of the Changeling’s blood.
*Symbol - Symbols are symmetrical, except in the case of mutants. Follows the color of the Changeling’s blood.

A Duochrome Color Scheme - Their color scheme consists of their blood color and a secondary color. The secondary color doesn’t really follow any rules, it’s up to you. Even mutants have a Duochrome color scheme. Only Royalty has three colors.
*Sclera - Follows the secondary color
*Pupils - Plus shaped. Follows the secondary color.
*Antennae - Follows the secondary color
*Markings - Follows the secondary blood color. No two Changelings has the same markings, though it can get pretty similar. They look like freckles, almost. The markings are always on the face of a Changeling, but sometimes they also appear on a Changeling’s shoulder. Common shapes of markings are circles, squares, crosses/plus shapes and triangles, while rare marking shapes include tear drop shapes and diamonds.

Mutants - As previously discussed, mutant Changelings are identified by their bright blood colors and unsymmetrical symbol. Mutants are not killed, but they are very much looked down upon and a lot of them tend to be easily affected by diseases… which is terrible considering the government ditches them in Arcadia, where the medical help is less than ideal. A lot of them tend to die pretty early on.

Gender and Sexuality - A large portion of Changelings identify as Bi or Pan. Asexuals and Demisexuals are aslso quite common. It’s rare for a Changeling to be interested in only one gender, but it’s not unheard of. In terms of gender, cisgender and gender neutral is equally common among Changelings.

Beauty - Perfection, above all else, is considered beautiful. Scars and broken horns or torn antennae are considered unsightly by changelings.

Fashion - All Changelings are required to wear tops that represent which sector they live in. While the top of top CAN differ, (I.e having a tank top, a shirt, a turtleneck etc.) but the shape of the shirt tail has got to remain consistent with the others in the sector. The symbol goes in the middle, and extra patterns on your shirt is allowed (in your secondary color). Jackets and coats are not common in Changelings, though it’s not BANNED or anything. Everything else is fair game, you can wear whatever you want.

Gems are considered very attractive, particularly to the Highlanders.

Names - All Changelings, upon birth, are given a "stand-in" name. Their true name, which is very fantasy-like (i.e. Fidalia Minnet or something), are given on their eighteenth birthday by their guardians as something of a rite of passage. Their stand in names are decidedly uncool, and are just two regular words, some common some more "fancy", smashed together, sometimes they match sometimes they don't at all, i.e. Pin Stripe, Adagio Hymn, Ribbon Bow, and my personal main Changeling, Dust Pan. (all of the examples given are names of my own Changelings, please do not take.)
