Name: LacyClass: Talent Scout
My little pokemon OC. :3 I've been wanting to draw this for quite some time. I guess I kinda Mary-Sued her for giving her a class that doesn't exist, but I always thought that as serious as pokemon gets, talent scouts are bound to pop up.
Someone that goes around battling trainers they think are strong and giving them special perks if they win. (Mobile gym leaders??)

I agree. You know, I'm doing this Pokemon Writen story and for the later journeys past Kanto, I was thinking of adding in other characters belonging to other people if they want to.
