No Gato is Roji and Buro are his best friends who are like their uncles.
The shadow boys (like from teh huggle picture) were all taken in by Buro and he's like a father to them.

Roji --> Has a son named Hiroshi
Gato ---> Technically his daughters are the 4 girls
Buro ---> The shadow boys are like sons to him.

Their the gang that are lead by Buro and though they are young they're quite skilled and know what their doing

Sei - Right hand man
Nikai - Strategist
Shadow - Infiltrator
