Ffff, it's just the brush on the "spread" setting, haha! It makes a really nice texture!

The clouds were so much fun!
I think I'm going to be working with the softer brushes a lot more after this piece, so I'm going to try and soften my lines in the next few piccies! Hopefully they'll look alright!
