Description vision combined with perspective, plays a very interesting game with perfectly straight lines... to the joy of many an architect

Tried to get this shot a few times, i really should try this again... because it makes me itch seeing this slightly off angle view!

I love this photo, really good. Once I tried to do something like this but intercepting with "plane sky lines" but it wasn't as good as this!
Congrats for the photo!

thanks man it's kind of crazy, because it's not perfect... but i think if it was perfect it wouldn't look like it does

thanks for the comment! maybe you should try this again, buildings are fun to photograph, they don't move!

what? like it's only 1/3 of the way to infinity?

dude, drinking and commenting don't always go together, but sometimes some funny shit comes out!

amazing shot!
the minimalist composition really grabs my attention, and the colours are so calm..

if you think that, then you should have been standing there to see how it felt to look up all those floors!

thanks

mm, must've been quite a dwarfing experience...

it's like standing at the bottom of a mountain and looking straight up at the top... there's a place in new zealand where the mountains go straight up out of the ocean, fiordland... it's just as scary sitting in a kayak looking straight up at the top of the mountain!

very nice picture mate.
although i think this image could be improved by:
1) Cloning the "light" out of the first big window (bottom)
2) A bit of Highpass sharpening.

nice shot nevertheless.

yeah i actually cropped the first set of windows out toall, because they had too much detail in them... will give it a shot, thanks for the comment.

The shot still works, possibly has more character than a symetrical one, and the colour is very forgiving to the eye, like it, and it draws the eye more because of the off centre perpective, cheers
