This is a birthday present for my wonderful friend ~IcayDEpic ! She likes Glaceon and Sailor Moon a lot, so I decided to try combining the two. I don’t think it came out half bad, considering I haven’t drawn anything in a while and I haven’t seen Sailor Moon at all. drawing animals in clothing is hard
