I dunno if you already have, but I recommend going to a chiropractor who offers graston, kinesio tape, and ultrasound for your arm. I'm not sure how you injured it but a chiropractor can fix the source of the problem instead of a regular dr that will only offer referrals and prescriptions to cover the symptoms. Good luck and looking forward to future work.
