I wanted to give animating in photoshop a go, it is quite fun!
Hope you like it! Took about 30-40minutes.
All outta my head no reference.
Just noticed she randomly looses her eye brows for 00.1 of of a second :L

esta bien, le falta un poco de ablande. Cuando el pelo vuelve a estar donde estaba en un comienzo esta estΓ‘tico. Si ves como se mueve tu pelo o el de alguien mas, notaras que se balancea todo el tiempo hasta perder su impulso, como si fuese un columpio.
El parpadeo de se poco natural, si el personaje va a parpadear debe hacerlo con una intenciΓ³n. Yo creo que cuando abra los ojos, de inmediatamente que haga 2 parpadeos rΓ‘pidos, se vera mas coqueto. En las animaciones cuando las niΓ±as parpadeaban era para insinuarse o coquetear.

Because you're such a great artist and I respect your work so
much I'm going to have you the best I've got... Which isn't
saying to much, but it's the thought that counts, right?
Let me start off by saying this is a great job, for such a short
time to work on it you've done fantastically; however the back
part of her hair just sort of disappears when the hair starts to
blow. The animation itself is rather smooth, but rather then
liking the hair the most I find myself staring at the eyes. The
eyes relly capture my attention because of just how liquid-y
smooth they're moving. There's not pause, no break, and a
nice even flow that I haven't seen in a while!
And, to me, 00.1 second is to quick to capture or something
because I couldn't see the eyebrows disappearing... Unless
I'm mistaking the hair covering them for a split second, which
I probably am, now that I think about it.

I think it should swing to the right a tiny bit before coming back to rest again for more natural animation, but it's still awesome
