This reminds me somehow, of one of my favorite movies titled "The Fountain". I think most of all it's the color choice, but that is a huge complement as I absolutely adore the film for story and for visual style. There is a lot of motion in this picture, yet everything is centered on the face. The color choice and details are fantastic. Great painting

This piece has a really fabulous contrast between soft and sharp not to mention highlight and shadow. it's perfectly balanced while the composition pushes the edge. Awesome.
