Hello people. Here comes more Digimon fanart, this time it is the mascot of the franchise, Agumon. Agumon, Koromon and Botamon are veterans of the Digimon franchise, and have been present since the very first virtual pet, with Botamon being the youngest form of a baby Digimon, Koromon being the second stage of the baby phase and Agumon, together with Betamon, being the only Rookie level Digimon of the first game. At the time, the main evolution of Agumon was Tyrannomon while Greymon, Devimon, Meramon and Numemon were alternative evolutions. To make things even weirder, in the V-tamer manga, the first appearence of Taichi, Agumon's evolution was actually Veedramon. All of that changed, however, in the first season of the Digimon anime, where Taichi's Agumon evolved into Greymon, making it the most well known Agumon evolution. Veedramon's main rookie nowadays is Veemon.

I find Botamon and Koromon really cute, specially in the first Digimon movie, although, out of the three, Agumon is the one I like most. To be honest, the main reason why I like Agumon is because it digivolves into Greymon, which is my favorite Digimon ever. Never really cared all that much for Agumon itself, but he serves as a good Rookie for Greymon.

I have already made fanart for Greymon and Metalgreymon, Agumon's Champion and Ultimate forms respectivelly. In fact, the main reason why I made this drawing is because of the Greymon art I have already made, which people seemed to like a lot so I decided to draw the rest of the Agumon line. I will let you think who is going to be the next Digimon I am going to draw.
