You can get one through the various means the group offers (some art, some points, recently there was one for newbies to just select and declare they wanted the horse, first come first served sort of deal, I believe. May even be a couple left in that batch, I'm not entirely sure. Take a look here [link] ), or arrange for breeding slots from existing horses.
