Description
While on a date in Gotham as Bart and Sissy, the two of them ran into the Joker and Harley Quinn. Since they had been in their civilian identities, neither of them had been able to really fend for themselves with their powers. At least Sissy couldn't since Bart doesn't care who knows his identity. Sissy was then kidnapped by the Joker while Bart was severely injured. Before being whisked away, Sissy left a device with Bart that transmitted a signal to the Watchtower if she were to ever get kidnapped in civilian identity. It was given to her by Maggie. Maggie then received the signal in the Watchtower and sent a squad down to Gotham, despite Batman's "no meta" rules that applied to the League and YJ. The team that arrived found Bart and transported him to the Watchtower infirmary, where he was able to tell Batman, Maggie, Tim, and Dick what happened. He was eager to get out there and help them rescue her, but both Batman and Flash told him he couldn't cause he was hurt. But the YJ team began scrambling to find her with some help from the Justice League members. Despite the fact that he was injured, Bart did help where he knew he could while he healed as fast as he could. Every night she was gone though, they both would look to the stars to remember it would not be forever before they were reunited. It was only two days before Batman rescued the civilian, Sissy Drake.
