This is inspired by the game Batman: Arkham City, and this is from one of Professor Hugo Strange's many interviews with the patients who are convicts in Arkham Asylum. This is Jervis Tetch a.k.a. The Mad Hatter and I imagined him being played by one of my favorite actors Crispin Glover. Besides the Penguin, The Mad Hatter is my second favorite Batman villain. This is my first ever piece of art using AI. I won't be doing this often. I will always do art traditionally, I'm just doing this because everyone talks about it so much. I hope you love it though.
