Now this is Spetitga (Sp-e-tai-t-ga) his the father of Tilo. Now This guy doesn't care for his son. He petty much let him stand or site in one spot and his he doesn't (or he may just do it for fun) Zap him. All he has to do is hit that button and hill send about 100 volts of electricity to Tilo body. Once Tilo reach 10 he basicly threw him out.

Later down the road, he become a crycus ring master and has his own act although his treatment with other doesn't seem to change.
