I dont have any experience with 3D-modelling or anything like that but how do you make her look so "real"?
I mean when I look at most 3D model pics most of them it looks "fake-ish"

well, in my opinion, one of the main things for a great art, is the lighting ... even if the model is incredibly realistic, it needs a good lighting ...In the blender, it's hard to get ... But I try ...
another thing that helps a lot, is Photoshop, add light effects, improve texture, edit some things that are wrong ... this is the way I make art.
and of course .. Shaders are also very important, or sculpt parts of the model to make it smoother
