Well, okay, if you've been watching my pics for a while, you know Sekai, right? Arukenimon and Mummymon's cute lil' huggable munchkin kid. Now, if you haven't blocked out the 02 epilogue (like 50% of the Digimon fandom, who are all being rather childish in my humble opinion), you might recognize the girl as Iori's kid. Who I decided to name Tomoyo, because she reminded me of Tomoyo from Card Captor Sakura from the get-go.

Now, I always thought that if (when) Aru and Mumm get revived, then Iori would be the first to forgive them and give them a hand in friendship. Mumm would happily accept, Aru would be a lot more reluctant but will eventually find Iori to be a pretty great friend and sort of a supportive older sibling figure she needed. So, following from there, I thought it would be cute if their kids - Iori's girl and Sekai - would be all close and stuff and be like surrogate cousins of sorts. To be honest, imagining Sekai calling Iori 'Uncle Iori' makes me giggle, and imagining Iori's girl calling Aru 'Aunt Arukenimon' makes me giggle even more because Aru's initial reaction will be so funny. But... yeah, I don't know, I thought it's a cute idea. Shush.

So in this pic, Sekai is his usual eight years of age. As Sekai was born in 2022, this makes Tomoyo... twelve, thirteen, something like that. From the epilogue, Tomoyo strikes me as a quiet, polite and unusually smart girl, like her dad, but unlike Iori, she seems a lot more open, a lot more patient and not as stubborn. So I tried to convey that, and the fact that she likes Sekai enough to dedicate some time for talking to him. Sekai is being his cute, naive and energetic little self, and he's really excited about talking with Tomoyo, 'cause he loves her to bits and pieces. I imagined him calling her 'Tomoyo onee-chan'. It's adorable, and makes the nature of their relationship clear.

And... yeah, they're all cute and I'm making up too much backstory for stuff I'm not going to write. Ever. I'm silly.
