I know, doesn't stop me from rooting for Etrigan though, I really just hate deadpool, people think he's the ultimate badass but truth be told he's just a dumbass who gets lucky a lot

meh i like deadpool, though i don't think he's the ultimate bad ass i just find his face-palming stupidity funny and its cool to see a comic hero that's well done and breaks the fourth wall

dude this is great! Although, Etrigan wins this for sure, wades healing factor isn't fast enough for Etrigan, besides, I don't think bullets would even affect Etrigan. The worst deadpool could do to him is try to annooy him, but Etrigan would be ready with some mad rhymes >D

yeah thats true if it was a suprise round but if wade was hired out to kill jason/etrigan i'm sure he'd have some tricks up his sleeve! im still scrapping and re-doing write-ups for a short comic with these two

Seriously, there needs to be a good old, back to basics DC/Marvel crossover.

In a classic crossover, you need two bad guys teaming up as well. Though consider Etrigan and Deadpool ain't exactly little angels, a better word would be antagonists. So for Deadpool, it would be T-Ray, who sold his soul for magical mojo. Who would be Etrigan's counterpart?

Asteroth, as in the Prince of Hell? Okay, buddy, have I got an idea for you.
Let's say, for the sake of the crossover, that Earth-616 and Earth Whatever-the-DC-Universe-is-Called is connected by Earth-666, or Hell. Asteroth possesses T-Ray in exchange for Deadpool's destruction.
Now, Deadpool inhabits a weird place among the living and the dead. Because he has one foot in the grave, so to speak, he can see spirits and ghosts. So, he convinces Deadpool to say the magic words:
"Yarva Demonicus Etrigan.
Change, change the form of man.
Free the prince forever damned.
Free the might from fleshy mire.
Boil the blood in heart of fire.
Gone, gone the form of man,
Rise the demon Etrigan!"
BAM! They become one.

a good idea actualy! tho the best bit of etrigan is his human counter-part jason.
what i was thinking is etrigan could hire deadpool and deadpool gets waaaay over his head.
or jason tries to summon a hero but winds up with deadpool to help him do something.

Oh, you thought I forgot about Jason Blood (Okay, I totally did)? Etrigan is stricking a deal to escape him- unfortunately, it doesn't work and Jason gets dragged along for the ride. So we have a three way- Jason, Etrigan, and Deadpool with roughly five inner voices between them.
A more lighthearted option: Jason is arguing with somebody that "Klaatu Verata Nikto" aren't real magical words, but when he says them, BAM! Deadpool. For where pop culture references happen, so shall he.

merlin catches jason insulting the monocracy and is sulking fromt he loss of camalot + spitefull demo half brother so binds them together as punishment. jason lives for thousands of years plendering and destroying with etrigan. basicaly XD
