Smart and savvy, just like Oswald should be. The current tendency for the comics to give him the mouth full of Tim Burton fangs annoys me; Cobblepot should be funny-looking, not freakish.

I completely agree with DreamPen! I think Eddie and Oswald are among my top favorite Batman villains (making that small arc in Gotham Underground a nerdy sort of favorite - not enough interaction between them, honestly) and you nailed them both exactly within the style range of how I prefer them - true to character, but with more realism than they usually tend to be allowed. Awesome, again!

This is great. It's nice to see the Penguin in a purely serious character study. I like how you make him look like a classy gangster and businessman rather than a freak with a fixation on birds. I've always liked him being one of the few Batman villains who went to a normal prison instead of Arkham.
