Description
Insidious Mist Buy-a-Box promo card for Shadows over Innistrad!It was fun painting a double-faced card! I tried to make the movement between this one and Elusive Tormentor nice and clear, like with two keyframes of an animation.
I was listening to a Sherlock Holmes audiobook while painting this, and now all the stories are coming back to me when I look at this! Does that happen to you too?

I actually opened both this and the other one in two different tabs (before I read the description) and was switching between the two thinking "Whoa, this is damn cool, like a little animation". It would be really neat as one of those shifting cards where if you look at it at different angles the image changes.

It's awesome how much your smoke presents movement in a unique way. I almost wish there was more smoke trail from things like the arm swing
