Master and Apprentice.
I'm glad they kept Sagat throughout the series. Aside from being a great guy to use for first timers; he has an interesting back story and change of character throughout that makes hi ma solid entry in SF's colorful cast.
And I'm glad Adon is back too as that cocky upstart who think he's pretty much a new god. XD You gotta love asses like him.
