My buddy is a HUGE Ghostbusters nerd. so for his birthday, I'm drawing a bunch of classics from the first movie and making magnets out of them. I know the Stay•Puft isn't on there, but he's so big and I'd hate to draw him small...thoughts?

For those who know Lucas...I haven't given this to him yet, so keep yer trap shut.

So, shortly after getting to work today, my buddy Lucas IM's me and the following conversation takes place:

Lucas:

I have a surprise for you.

Derek Hunter:

oh, shit...you're naked?

(dead link, but the gist of it was that someone posted this piece of art on my friends favorite site, not 12 hours after I posted it here. I underestimated the reach of the GB fans!)

I just stumbled on the news story this morning.

Derek:

You nerds and your f***ing internet.

So, thanks to whoever linked this to the site my buddy Lucas checks EVERY DAY! To be honest, I think it makes the present all the cooler. I can imagine Lucas seeing the blog post above thinking, "WTF?!"
