Arresting and poignant, Derek. The illusion of flesh and volume hovering on a scaffold of lines, themselves an illusion seems to say (at least to me) something about the fugitive nature of physical beauty. Your work has an expressiveness and classicism that is attractive and intriguing. I love it.
