Remember when he turned into a puddle to escape from Ishida lol? When he turned back into solid form he was wet and without any bodily modifications...(he didn't have clothes either LOL XP)

I do remember that, but unfortunately him re-solidifying is another scene (along with the shower scene) that got cut from the US version (or its been so long I can't remember).
We just got to see him melt becoming a moving puddle of goo and promise a return.
I thought maybe this was of him showering (or that it wasn't paint) lol.

Unfortunately. They don't even play it when kids would (or should be) awake (1 am in the morning *rolls eyes*) and they still edit the fuck out of it.
They didn't even play Bleach at all when the kids were off during the summer.
At least we still get to see blood. They didn't butcher it like they did DragonballZ and Sailor Moon.
