That helmet is amazing. The dark colors lead my mind to a "dark knight" state (I've been playing too much Final Fantasy). I really like how light the blue of her eye is. It is a nice contrast, the same with her light skin. It stands out nicely from the darkness of the rest of the image. The carvings towards the bottom of her armor look a little half-assed, though. And they look a little too...soft. If you know what I mean. They should be a little more angry or vicious looking.

I love the design. It somewhat reminds me of the Warrior of Light, from FF Disidia.

(I'm too cheap to purchase membership. Consider this a poor man's critique I guess.)
Overall, I really like this piece. You immediately get a lot of points for having a woman in armor that doesn't reveal cleavage. From the way she's standing, it doesn't look like she's wearing heels either, so that's another big plus. The chestpiece isn't bowed inward in an attempt to show off her boobs, another big spot a lot of other armor designs lose me. The helmet is kinda silly, but I can easily excuse that: helms that would be used in reality conceal a character's identity, so that's something I can easily get over. Leaving her collar bone exposed like that is also impractical, but not unacceptably so. Art of women wearing armor designed such that it might actually be taken into a fight is depressingly rare in my experience. The designs on it are simple but eyecatching, and overall I really like it.
There are a couple of things that strike me as weird though. Firstly, from a design perspective. It looks like her midriff is unarmored. The texture of whatever she's wearing there looks like cloth to me. Why would one ever put on all that weighty metal to protect the rest of their body but leave a gigantic unprotected hole at the belly? Yes, your heart is vital to one's continued survival, but you're not going to get very far without your liver either. If tha'ts supposed to be armor (or perhaps chainmail) I would suggest bringing that out more in the texture.
That was my biggest complaint though. The others are kind of nit-picky. Firstly, her nose. The shading on the bridge makes it kind of look like it's flaring out towards her forehead. Like she's got a horn or something. I don't think that was the original intent. The other is that there's no trace of her right arm. I get that her body is hiding it from the viewer, but that seems like an unnatural way to hold it to me.
Overall, excellent stuff. Looking at her makes me want to build a sheet for her in my games. An NPC who looks remarkably like her may show up at some point for my players.

Her left eye seems odd - is it closed or open? If open, the whites of the eyes should be more prominent.
Her nose is slightly too big and her neck slightly too long. Also, lengthen her arm.
I'm in love with your coloring.
