Zekrom from Pokemon Gen.5 or the mascot on Pokemon White
I love how it come out with this style , i added a copyrighted too

Oh and Zekrom is flying through the rainy & stormy sky ^^
Like i say on my imagintaion before, beside darkness, i love light/thunder too , especially if the thunder's color is light blue
Anyway, enjoy this picture

Zekrom was the only reason I bought White instead of Black. Otherwise, the Black City would've totally sold me.

Very nice and neat!! But Zekrom is the mascot of Pokemon White?? I thought it was Pokemon Black, and Reshiram was the mascot of PKMN White...

No I made this with Photoshop cs4
anyway, that is not depends on the higher cs will make your picture more good, that is depend on how you use it basic on your knowledge on that software i think
