My guess is somewhere in Northrend.
1. Can't fly in Azeroth anywhere else then Northrend.
2. I don't know many places in Outland that look like that... Then again - I hated Outland...
Well maybe hate is a bit of a strong word... But the quest on the Horde side named "Outland Sucks" is absolutely right XD
