To me the figure is perfect. I wouldn't change a thing on her. My only criticism would be that the background looks like a stock background and isn't as cohesive with the scene and all those blades of grass are a little bit busy. What I would do is render the figure and background separately, then blur the background further up in the composition so that it looks a bit more natural, like what you'd see with the human eye (not every blade of grass would be as sharp).

If that doesn't work you might want to try a different background. One with a horizon line and a sky would make the figure pop nicely.

Anyway, congrats on getting a realistic looking Sylvari. How did you do the hair might I ask? It looks fantastic!

The main critique point I have is the undrawn string of the bow. Maybe check the bow object, it might have a pose for "drawn", otherwise I suggest to make it invisible and then add it in postwork with a paint program.

Otherwise I like the piece quite a lot, the pose looks natural and is not botched up like in many other pictures with archers. She has a firm grip on the bow and the fingers at the arrow noth are well posed too.
Her texture is exotic yet interesting.
