HAPPY BIRTHDAY CYNNY DEAR!!!
...and first upload of new year! xD
I-I thought I wouldn't do this in time ;A;
I decided to do her oc Shinichi on a dragon 'cause...
-This year is the year of the Dragon;
-Cyn is born on the year of the dragon;
-She also likes zodiac-themed stuff;
-Shinichi has the same bday as Cyn;
-Shinichi likes dragons;
So something like this just had to be done!
I wanted to do it cell shaded since you like that style of mine, but the dragon and clouds looked...weird >>;;;
And sorry for fail perspective ;A; And omg, hope that Shinichi doesn't look too feminine in my style! >/////<
But I did it with all my heart and love! I love you so much sweetipie and I'm glad we're friends!

Where you shaded really makes it pop, especially on the face ;w;
