This is hostage-fiver 's character Maarlowe and is from their comic called "Give Me The Sky". It's a pretty cool comic which you should check out.
They've received this as their prize for winning third place in the Sapphirine Contest. They won a bust sketch of any character of their choice.
I actually had this completed last month, but I've just now been able to get it online. My scanner is really and truly fixed now. Thank God! It was about to drive me crazy.
Hope you like it! She was fun to draw.
