Description
Staying with my friend was a welcome break from hotels and campsites. Plus, I had the opportunity to meet a lot of his pokemon. One particular note was his Shinx. It really took a shine to me and wouldn't leave my side. I think that, because of this, my friend asked his Shinx if it would like to join me. It got really excited and started jumping around and sparking!
Well, with that, I guess the decision was made for us, and so my friend and I traded my Gligar, Swoops, for his Shinx, Boltsy.

I didn't expect to gain a new friend and partner, but I can't say I'm not excited about it either🥰

#403 Shinx
Unlike many electric type pokémon, Shinx generates electricity through specialized cells in their muscle tissue. By constantly contracting and relaxing its muscles, it builds up energy to use in its attacks.
When fully charged their fur sparks with static electricity.
It is advised to use caution around a Shinx in this state.
