My partner and I woke up exceptionally late and were quite upset! We checked the alarm set on her Pokétch and were met with this image of a glitched out Porygon-Z.As we tried to troubleshoot how to free it or send it on its way it just...disappeared.
I hope this doesn't happen again, how strange

It's said that software engineers created an upgrade for Porygon-2 which would allow it to explore other, theorized dimensions. However once it returned it exhibited new power and would corrupt any system to which it was connected. After much analysis it was found that the Porygon-2 had undergone an evolution which corrupted its data.
However, it has since been able to be tamed and is a popular pokemon for those in computer based fields.
