Actually not really, although now that you say it it's true she does that too XD I have done borders around some of my pictures off and on, like this one: [link] and this one: [link]
But for this one, seeing as the background was just a sky I wanted to give it something to separate it from the background. If you know what I mean XD
Yes those yellow things are wings, I hope they are recognizable as wings XD I fail at wings! I'm sorry

Yeah, that makes sense. The wings are reconizable, but I'm used to my fail chibi wings that I'm not used to realistic ones XDD But yeah, this has to be one of my favorite of your drawings
